JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Girliegirl: Yes
Paul: i was sentenced 15 days but got 5 day knocked off
for good behavior.
Tyler: Yes, Oakland County Jail offers one day good
behavior for each 6 days served.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Girliegirl: I'm not sure.
Paul: I have no idea.
Tyler: One day for each 6 days served.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off?
Girliegirl: Do what you're told, don't fight, keep a job in
jail, and no contraband.
Paul: do what your suppose to do, don't get in fights!!!
Tyler: Stay out of trouble. Follow all the rules.

my son went in for 15 days already had 2 days served on the 15 days, he's never been any other troulble before hoe will i know if he gets good behavior can i call or even get through to oakland cty. jail to ask someone, how will we know when his release date is, how can we find out?

He will get the time off for good behavior, he would have to do something to get in trouble and lose it, which usually doesn't happen with first-time inmates.
